CelcomDigi Fibre – Dealer Registration Terms

1. Introduction

This website is operated by UNIONE MARKETING SDN. BHD. (1320388-V) (“Dealer”, “we”, “us”), a registered business entity in Malaysia.

We act as an authorised dealer assisting customers with CelcomDigi Fibre plan registration.

This website is not the official CelcomDigi website.

All telecommunications services, network infrastructure, billing systems and contractual obligations are provided directly by Celcom Mobile Sdn Bhd and/or Digi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (“CelcomDigi”).

By submitting your information through this website, you agree to these Dealer Terms.

2. Role of the Dealer

The Dealer provides:

Product consultation and plan explanation
Assistance with application submission
Coordination for installation scheduling
Basic sales-related customer support

The Dealer does not:

Provide telecommunications services
Own or operate network infrastructure
Approve or reject service applications
Issue official invoices
Control billing or service suspension

All approvals and service activation decisions are subject to CelcomDigi’s internal assessment and policies.

3. Application & Approval

All CelcomDigi Fibre applications are subject to:

Coverage availability
Technical feasibility
Credit assessment
Documentation verification
CelcomDigi approval process

The Dealer does not guarantee approval of any application.

4. Service Agreement

Upon successful approval, customers will enter into a direct service agreement with CelcomDigi.

All matters relating to:

Monthly subscription fees
Contract duration
Early termination charges
Equipment ownership
Installation terms
Network speed and coverage

are governed solely by CelcomDigi’s official Terms and Conditions.

Customers are advised to review the official CelcomDigi Terms before confirming subscription.

5. Promotions

Promotions displayed on this website:

Are subject to availability
May change without prior notice
Are subject to confirmation by CelcomDigi

Dealer-exclusive promotions (if any) are separate from official CelcomDigi promotions unless explicitly stated.

6. Installation

Installation is carried out by technicians appointed by CelcomDigi.

The Dealer may assist in scheduling but does not control installation outcomes or technical decisions.

7. Billing & Payment

All billing matters are handled directly by CelcomDigi.

The Dealer:

Does not collect recurring subscription fees
Does not issue official service invoices
Does not manage billing disputes

Customers must contact CelcomDigi directly for billing enquiries.

8. Limitation of Liability

UNIONE MARKETING SDN. BHD. (1320388-V) shall not be liable for:

Network disruptions
Speed performance variations
Installation delays beyond our control
Application rejection
Service suspension by CelcomDigi
Billing disputes

The Dealer’s responsibility is limited strictly to registration assistance.

9. Personal Data

Information submitted through this website will be used solely for:

Processing your application
Communication regarding registration status
Coordination with CelcomDigi

All personal data is handled in accordance with applicable Malaysian laws including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

10. Governing Law

These Dealer Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
